Large Party Policy at Taylor's Restaurant Lab
Because Taylor’s is a teaching laboratory where our students are learning the foundations
of hospitality, we have created a special option for large groups that ensures a smooth
and enjoyable experience for both our guests and our students.
- Groups of 9 or more guests will be reserved under our banquet category, which requires payment on a single check. This allows our students to focus on service without being overwhelmed by multiple checks and credit cards at once. To make this convenient, we offer a flat per-person rate:
- $18 per guest for our Basic Setting
- $20 per guest for our Signature Setting
- If your group of 8 or more prefers separate checks, we are happy to accommodate. To support our students’ learning, we simply ask that all checks be presented at the beginning of your meal when you arrive. This gives our student servers time to process payments properly and provide the best possible service.
- We require a minimum notice of 48 hours to book the reservation. Time available for banquets: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday through Friday.
