Dr. Jim Payne will provide direction as new dean for Spears Business
The Spears School of Business will enter a new season of leadership with Dr. Jim Payne joining the school as Dean. A longtime college educator, administrator and researcher, Dr. Payne is looking forward to working with students, faculty, staff, alumni and donors in advancing OSU’s land-grant mission.
