Student opportunities

Study abroad

All Spears Business students are encouraged to take advantage of travel opportunities. Each year, students may earn course credit by participating in short-term international and domestic trips led by faculty.

Eastin Center for Career Readiness

Students have access to the Eastin Center for Career Readiness, which guides and supports our students so they are prepared to pursue professional opportunities, practice continued growth and fully develop their contribution to society.

Student resources

Our faculty strive to advance management theory and scholarship through research. We have nationally and internationally recognized scholars conducting research in such areas as strategic management, motivation, corporate governance, ethical leadership, negotiations, human resource management and team dynamics.
