Student Committee Application
The 2021 Wine Forum of Oklahoma is the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management’s 7th annual event and will be conducted virtually this year. The event will go live beginning in the month of April with events occurring throughout the month. As this year’s event will be held virtually, you will not be assigned to a specific committee as has been done in years past. Instead, your role will be to help the planning, execution, and follow up of the event as a whole. Committee members MUST enroll in the Wine Forum class, which is designated as HTM 4120-27215. We will meet during the spring semester on Mondays from 6:45-7:35pm.
The mission of Wine Forum of Oklahoma is to disseminate a wine education program for the students of Oklahoma State University and the community-at-large; promote the many facets of wine and its role in complimenting food, tourism, and economic development; and to increase the recognition of the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management as a world-class education and research institution dedicated to developing future hospitality professionals within the wine, culinary, and related industries.
