innovative, evidence-based leaders by applying research methods to create practical

Curriculum & format
- Program is offered in a hybrid format with recorded lectures, virtual class meetings and 2-day in-person monthly residencies (9 per year) on our Stillwater campus.
- This is not an online degree program.
- 60-credit hours may be completed in just over 3 years (total of 10 semesters) while attending fall, spring and summer terms.
- Nine hours of concentration electives are offered in a student’s area of interest.
- Courses are taught by senior researchers and practitioner faculty from the Spears School of Business.
- Doctoral dissertations are accomplished in the third year via independent study under the close supervision of a faculty research advisor.
