OSU Culture Conference: gain insights for creating positive, attractive workplace cultures

Monday, February 21, 2022

The 4th OSU Culture Conference is highlighting leaders who recognize the value of organizational culture and its positive impact on business. This two-day conference will take place live, virtually on May 17-18 from 9 a.m. to noon.

The conference lineup includes business leaders from Bank of America, Marriott International, Love's, the Oklahoma Restaurant Association and more.

According to conference moderator Abbey Davis, assistant professor of practice for the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University, “Having a defined company culture is a critical component of your business. It clearly communicates the core values, beliefs, and expectations at your company that each team member should emulate. Knowing what is expected and showing up each day to contribute towards something bigger than yourself, promotes a strong culture that can strengthen your brand, foster belongingness, and pave the way for success as a whole.”
