ConcentrationsConcentrations are available in a variety of business disciplines; however, students may opt to create a general MBA based on their selection of electives.

Entrepreneurship (Online, Stillwater, Tulsa)

Whether you are starting a company, working as an executive in an existing firm or managing a small or family business, entrepreneurial skills are critical to identifying and evaluating the factors that will make your undertaking a success. The curriculum integrates all business areas including marketing, finance, business analytics, accounting and entrepreneurship to produce students who have well-rounded business skills coupled with entrepreneurship-related training and preparation. Requirements include 33 credit hours for Tulsa and online students, and 36 credit hours for Stillwater full-time students.

This concentration prepares students for a multitude of high-profile careers in finance and investment banking including but not limited to advisory, equity and fixed income capital markets, risk management, private equity, corporate finance, and careers in financial institutions. This concentration is ideal for professionals with a bachelor’s degree in any area who want to move into the cutting edge areas of finance and investment banking. Students can expect to gain an in-depth understanding of finance and investment banking and to develop specific competencies, including critical thought and analysis, and problem solving, in these areas.Required Core Courses
