Rob started in the hospitality business by co-founding a chain of restaurants straight out of college. He proceeded to hold Chief Operating Officer positions at several of the nation’s largest publicly owned and privately held restaurant chains. One of his more recent tenures allowed him to be based in the Pacific Northwest, with restaurant operations throughout California, Oregon and Washington. This is where his study, passion and immersion of wines flourished. Rob has spent the better part of the last decade reviewing wines from these regions. He is a graduate of Cornell University’s Nolan School of Hotel Administration Program specializing in Wines of California and the Pacific Northwest. He is currently the owner of a wine consultation and collection cultivation service.
