Hello to all of our fellow MBA Program Deans and Directors!
We look forward to seeing you in October here at Oklahoma State.
We hope many of you will not only attend, but also present or jointly present with some of your colleagues at other schools (Multi-school sessions are highly encouraged).
The 2022 conference planning committee encourages sessions highlighting “personal” aspects of topics in the midst of a world increasingly posturing towards virtual interactions. Here are some suggestions to get you started. These certainly are not limits on ideas, only a sample to get us started thinking about the great things schools do to maintain that personal touch:
- Best practices in MBA curricular design, andragogy and delivery;
- Creative technologies in MBA programs;
- Maintaining a personal touch through student services & alumni engagement;
- Enabling MBA mental health, self-care, and resiliency;
- Career development, corporate partnerships and employability strategies;
- The importance of personal and programmatic mentoring;
- The role of MBA in promoting access, equity, diversity, and inclusion;
- Personalizing recruitment in impersonal settings
- The benefits and implications of micro-credentials and certificates
