MBA + MS BAnDS
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) and the Master of Science in Business Analytics and Data Science (MS BAnDS) within Spears School of Business offer a dual degree program. This will equip students to adjust to the global business environment with cutting edge curriculum and teaching techniques with a focus on leadership, teamwork, and innovation in combination with a STEM program to develop the next generation of analytics and data science professionals and equip them to tackle real-world challenges.
Enrollment timeline
This timeline is for full-time students only. Part-time, online students typically
take 6 hours of coursework each semester and have flexible, individualized plans of

Important notes
- Applicants must apply to both degree programs separately and be admitted to each respectively in order to pursue the dual degree.
- Dual degree students must work with the advisor in both programs independently to ensure they are meeting the course requirements for both degrees.
- The dual degree utilizes core courses from both degree programs (MBA 23-24 credit hours; MS BAnDS 23-26 credit hours) and requires a total of 44 credit hours (part-time) and 50* credit hours (full-time) to complete.
