Two degrees
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program through the Spears School of Business and the MS in Educational Leadership program within the College of Education and Human Sciences have partnered to deliver an impactful dual degree option for business-minded PK-12 education leaders. This pathway equips administrators with a skillset to easily assess education-facing needs through a business lens, supported by cutting edge leadership, teamwork and innovation. It’s optimized for professionals who hold a teaching certification and desire to become leaders in PK-12 education.

Important notes
- Applicants must apply to both degree programs separately and be admitted to each respectively to participate in the dual degree.
- Dual degree students must work with the advisor in both programs independently to ensure they meet course requirements for both degrees.
- The double Master of Science program consists of a 45-credit hour curriculum shared between the MBA and MSEL programs. The completion of the 45-credit hour program would result in the awarding of both degrees. The curriculum for the program is comprised of core courses within each discipline.
