Mitch Myers is Owner/President of Thermal Specialties, LLC. Since acquiring Thermal, he has become a serial entrepreneur, starting or acquiring several new companies in a diverse set of industries and applications – a total of nine operating companies. Prior to purchasing Thermal, he spent 13 years with FW Murphy, serving as Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer. Mitch has been recognized for multiple businesses by the OSU Riata Center Cowboy 100, described as follows: “The Cowboy100 highlights the contribution of entrepreneurial graduates from across the university and their positive influence on OSU, our students, and across the nation.” He received his BS in Industrial Engineering and Management and an MBA, both from Oklahoma State University. In addition to Mitch’s entrepreneurial pursuits, he is passionate about the importance of education. He served as the Chair of the OSU Industrial Engineering Advisory Board for two terms, presented in multiple OSU Engineering classroom settings, was elected to the OSU IEM Cowboy Academy (TCA), served as President and Board member of TCA for a combined 5 years. Mitch is married to Christy Myers who is a KW Realtor, and they have 4 children – Blaine 27 (Graduate of OSU Construction Engineering), Sutton 24 (OSU Institute of Tech HVAC), Brooke 21 (American University, Washington DC), and Kennedy 20 (OSU Junior). They reside in Tulsa, OK.
