Riata Startup Experience Phases

Phase One: Explore, Validate, Decide

Phase One of the RSX Program is designed to help student entrepreneurs answer a critical question: Is this business idea worth pursuing? With personalized support from experienced Entrepreneurs-in-Residence, members dive into customer discovery, test assumptions and gather real-world feedback. This hands-on-experience equips students with the tools and confidence to make an informed "Go or No Go" decision, laying a strong foundation for future success.

Phase Two: Build, Test, Launch

After validating their ideas in Phase One, Phase Two participants shift into action, turning concepts into real testable solutions. With continued mentorship from Entrepreneurs-in-Residence, students focus on building minimum viable products (MVPs), refining business models and preparing for early-stage launch. This Tier emphasizes rapid iteration, customer feedback and laying the groundwork for sustainable growth.
