Why should you consider graduate school? Studies show that career earnings for adults with master’s degrees are about 25 percent higher than those earning bachelor’s degrees. The Watson Graduate School of Management houses interdisciplinary programs such as the Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science in Business Analytics and Data Science & Executive Doctoral Programs and supports management and advising in the Master in MIS program. In addition, it serves a coordinating role for other graduate discipline-specific programs in Spears Business.

Our graduate programs in business are consistently recognized for their excellence in the classroom. Data was gathered on 89% of Spears students who graduated with master's degrees in 2022, and 99% of MBA respondents had employment, job offers or other plans within six months of graduation. The school’s online MBA program is regularly ranked as one of the nation’s best by U.S. News and World Report. Our information systems, analytics and data science programs are also well known for their quality and excellent placement rates.
