The Spears School of Business has been a cornerstone partner of Gradient (formerly 36 Degrees North) since its inception in 2017. As a partner, the Riata
Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship’s Tulsa office is located at Gradient.
Oklahoma State faculty, staff, students and alumni have opportunities to utilize the
space for endeavors. The Riata Center’s focus is to fulfill the mission of the university
with the specific goal of growing the entrepreneurial community.

Criteria for Ideal Application:
- Full/part-time dedicated entrepreneur that has an idea, MVP or existing business ready to scale
- Commitment to growing business in Tulsa/Oklahoma Region
- Recognition of specific services and resources to help achieve business goals
- Willing to work and meet with Riata Center staff and outline initial business goals as well as one-on-one updates
- Willing to attend events at Gradient
