Pie Junkie is located in OKC's vibrant Plaza District. After catering and teaching cooking classes in a rented church kitchen, Leslie and Darcy began baking pies for several restaurants in OKC. As their business grew rapidly, the women shifted their focus solely to pies, renaming the company Pie Junkie in 2011. They sell over 10,000 slices and thousands of whole pies per year.

Tammi Didlot (H&D Cattle)

Tammi Didlot grew up on a farm in SW Oklahoma. After years away working in the corporate world, she returned to help manage the family farm, H&D Cattle, whose main focus is Red Angus beef. Tammi has also held many positions at ChoicePoint, a data aggregation company where she was VP of Sales and Marketing. She also owned/operated SelectForce, a pre-employment screening company. While at those positions she managed hundreds of people and millions of dollars in revenue. She has also won the prestigious Oklahoma Ag Women of the Year and National CattleWoman of the Year. Tammi received her BA from OSU.

Kyle Eastham (99XCreativity)

Kyle Eastham is a retired faculty member of OSU’s School of Entrepreneurship who now operates 99xCreativity teaching creativity tools for left-brain thinkers. Before joining the faculty at OSU, Kyle was a game warden, training manager and HR manager with the Oklahoma Dept of Wildlife. He also served in the National Guard and started a speaking/training business along the way. His hobbies include judo, 5-string banjo, and bringing his Great Dane therapy dog to the OSU campus.

Lee Easton (iDENTIFY)

Lee Easton is a 2014 Oklahoma State University graduate. Lee began his career as an electrical engineer at ConocoPhillips. In 2015, he transitioned to managing a data project aimed at improving well production efficiency, which introduced him to Snowflake and unified data models. While still at ConocoPhillips, Lee started AeroVision, a marketing and media agency focused on the construction industry, which provided drone footage and website development. In 2019, Lee left ConocoPhillips to focus on AeroVision full-time. By 2023, AeroVision rebranded as iDENTIFY, shifting from services to data infrastructure. iDENTIFY has grown to serve over 20 banks, helping to unify their data with validation, insights, and automation.
