DetailsThe Elevator Pitch segment will take place at the beginning of the awards ceremony on January 30, 2026. Participation is limited to finalists from the Live Presentation round. The winner will be selected by audience vote.

Pitch Guidelines

  • Time Limit: Pitches must not exceed 90 seconds. Timing begins when the presenter starts speaking, and pitches will be hard-stopped at the 90-second mark

Presentation Format

  • No visual aids, slides, props, index cards, wearables, or logos are permitted
  • No Q&A will follow the pitch
  • Presenters must deliver their pitch live and in person
  • Winners must be present to claim their award

Order of Presentation

  • Presenters will be scheduled in random order

Content

  • There are no specific content requirements. However, presenters are encouraged to deliver a compelling pitch that clearly communicates the problem being solved and their competitive advantage. Delivery, clarity, and audience impact are key

Confidentiality

  • There is no guarantee of confidentiality. Presenters should avoid disclosing sensitive or proprietary information

Tie-Breaking

  • In the event of a tie, a second vote will be held among the tied teams
