is Lead Manager of Market Research & Insights at Starbucks Coffee Company, supporting Strategic Partner (Employee) Initiatives. She received her BS in Marketing from Oklahoma State University and MS in Marketing Research from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her career has been focused on leading teams to thoughtful innovation, meaningful product development and strategic use of data informed decision making with the voice of the user (customers and partners) serving as the guidepost. A certified Practitioner and Facilitator of Human Centered Design, Christina weaves the thread of storytelling through the lens of humanity into her work for industries spanning healthcare, grocery, retail and QSR. Her strong desire for continuing to find ways to mentor and guide students with an interest in Marketing fuels her most recent enthusiasm for being a Professional Lecturer at Oklahoma State University.
