Frequently asked questions
What is “SONA,” and why should I use it?
SONA is short for the name of a company called “SONA Systems,” which provides web-based software that helps universities manage research study participation. These sites look similar but they are different.

If it is before your appointment begins, you can cancel and reschedule from your SONA account. But if it is afterwards please email email@example.com so the lab manager can cancel your existing appointment allowing you to sign up for another.
