This state-of-the-industry program is designed to prepare professionals for the challenges of today’s business environment in an interactive setting. The EEPP is a collaboration of Oklahoma State University, the University of Oklahoma and 10 major state corporations and organizations.

Who Should Attend

The program is most beneficial for executive and upper-level managers who have at least five years of management and supervisory experience, work to confront the challenges of managing multifunctional resources in project implementations and wish to improve their overall leadership effectiveness, especially in the area of strategy implementation.

 

Why to Attend

The content is facilitated by OSU and OU faculty from a variety of fields and reviewed by the EEPP Advisory Board to ensure its relevance to enhancing the business performance and organizational effectiveness of participants. The Advisory Board is comprised of representatives from participating businesses.

 

Participants are actively involved in their own self-development throughout this interactive program. Simulations and peer feedback link the learning sessions with decision making and strategic planning in your own organization.

 

The program will provide participants with:

  • Program Policies

    Review the CFW program policies. All programs presented by the Center for the Future of Work are subject to these policies.

  • CPE

    The program content is appropriate for business professionals from entry level to mid-level managers. For CPE purposes, the knowledge level of the conference is "basic."

    There is no prerequisite education/experience or advance preparation required for participating in the conference.

     

    The Center for Future of Work, Oklahoma State University, is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.
