Policies

• Cancellations or Substitutions

  Cancellations must be requested at least 10 business days prior to the event or program in order to qualify for a refund or substitution.

   

  Participants who cancel within the 10-day window or earlier may send a substitute or request a refund.

   

  Participants who request a cancellation after the deadline of 10 business days are required to pay registration balance in full.

• Refunds

  Refunds will be processed after the registration closes. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

   

  Cancellations received after the deadline of 10 business days are not elegible for a refund and full payment is due within 30 days following the program.

• How to Cancel or Transfer Registration

  To cancel or transfer registration, please contact the CFW at 405-744-5208 or regcfw@okstate.edu. The center will send an email confirming the cancellation and refund, if applicable.

• Payments

  Payment is due within 30 days following the program. If full payment is not received in 90 days, the account will be transferred to the OSU Bursar for collections. A registration hold will be placed on the account.

•  Accommodations and Special Requests

  The OSU Center for the Future welcomes special requests and accommodations to ensure that all participants have equal access to its programs. Participants may submit accommodations during registration or contact the Center for the Future of Work to make a request for accommodations.

   

  Dietary accommodations must be received at least two weeks prior to the event or program.

• Inclement Weather

  In the event of inclement weather, communication will be sent via email as soon as possible. The CFW will make every effort to deliver the planned content. All delivery options will be considered, including virtual delivery or rescheduling. Many events are hosted off-campus and may still occur if the OSU campus is closed.

• Photography Consent
  By attending or speaking at a CFW event or program, you acknowledge that any images captured may be used, in print publications, online publications, websites and on social media. You waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs taken of you for promotion of or during CFW events.
• CPE Credit

  The OSU Center for the Future offers programs appropriate for all business professionals, regardless of their level of experience. Specific information on knowledge level can be found on the program's webpage.
