This session is designed for individuals who want to increase their effectiveness and ability to work with people through a better understanding of the communication process. You may better understand communication styles, strategies, obstacles, verbal messages and interactions, speaking and listening, nonverbal messages, power and politics. Ultimately through this session, you will hope to better understand and have improved communications.

This workshop will focus on components of Authentic Leadership and how this leadership philosophy is more important now than ever. Components will involve self-awareness, relationship transparency, balanced processing, and an internalized moral perspective.

- Certificate InformationParticipants will earn an Emerging Leader in Manufacturing Certificate after completion of eight sessions. This certificate is worth up to 2.4 CEU’s (24 hours) for eight sessions. Individual sessions are worth .3 CEU credits.
