- All accepted students will receive the faculty and/or staff’s flight information as soon as the faculty’s flight is booked
- It is suggested that you DO NOT book your flight until you receive this information, so you are able to arrive with or around the same time as the faculty and staff for transportation reasons
- For this program, you should fly into and out of John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA), or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR).
- If you choose to arrive before the program start date or leave after the program end date you will be on your own for transportation to and from the airport as well as for additional accommodation arrangements and costs

The CAGLE reserves the right to modify or cancel any study abroad program at any time, before or during travel, if circumstances arise that pose a risk to the health, safety, or well-being of participants. This includes, but is not limited to, global or regional health concerns, political instability, natural disasters, or insufficient enrollment.
ALL PAYMENTS INCLUDING APPLICATION FEE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
*A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE Application fee will be charged to your bursar once the application has been submitted.
*Installment and tuition fees will be charged to your bursar account as reflected on the payment schedule. If you withdraw from the program for any reason the installments WILL NOT BE REFUNDED once the listed dates have passed.
- Installment charges cover health and travel insurance, lodging, in-country transportation, all breakfasts, a few group meals, entry fees into group tours and business visits.
- A separate tuition payment will be charged to your account which covers the three hours of credit earned through this course. The payment date is set by the bursar office and date listed above is an approximation.
- Any installment and tuition charge dates that have passed when applying and submitting your application (Application fee, 1st Installment, 2nd Installment, and Tuition) will be applied to your bursar and will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Airfare to and from the program site is not covered in the payment installments; it is the students’ responsibility to purchase their own ticket. CAGLE staff can assist with searching for flight options upon request.
*The OSU Study Abroad fee is not controlled by CAGLE. The payment date and amount are determined by the Center for Global Learning Office along with bursar.
