Come travel to Walt Disney World in Florida this May! You will learn what it really means to be a power accountant by strengthening your skills in leadership, teamwork, communication and innovation. You will work closely with members of the Disney Imagination Campus, visit all of the Disney parks, and hear from OSU alumni. Come learn at the Happiest Place on Earth this summer!

It is your responsibility to purchase your own ticket
Industry Immersion Domestic Program Coordinator could assist in organizing your air travel
All accepted students will receive the faculty and/or staff’s flight information as soon as the faculty’s flight is booked
It is suggested that you DO NOT book your flight until you receive this information so you are able to arrive with or around the same time as the faculty and staff for transportation reasons
For this program, you should fly into and out of Orlando International Airport (MCO)
Earlier arrival or later departure:
If you choose to arrive before the program start date or leave after the program end date you will be on your own for transportation to and from the airport as well as for additional accommodation arrangement and costs
Installment will be charged to your bursar account as shown in the Payment Schedule

The COVID Vaccination is highly encouraged when traveling with the Industry Immersion Programs and may be required depending on the regulations of the destination of the program.
All costs associated with COVID testing, quarantine requirements, or program cancellations due to lack of having the vaccine or testing positive for COVID will fall on the student. We highly encourage all students traveling with the
Industry Immersion Programs to purchase additional insurance that will cover these situations.Please note that with ongoing COVID-related circumstances in multiple destinations, the Industry Immersion Programs reserves the right to amend the program itinerary and details as needed.
