The inspiration and vision for the CAGLE Center

We express our deepest gratitude to Roger and Cindy Cagle for founding the CAGLE. In their vision, Spears Business committed resources, funding, space and personnel to expand the international footprint of the college and the global engagement of its students and faculty. Through the Cagles’ commitment to global education, 400 Spears students have earned study-abroad scholarships over the past decade. The center’s continued success stands as a testament to the Cagles' inspiring contributions and lasting legacy within the Spears community.

What is CAGLE?

Big name, bigger impact

The Center for Advanced Global Leadership and Engagement (CAGLE) is the nexus for all global activities within Spears Business. CAGLE engages with students, faculty, global alumni, global academic partners, industry leaders and government officials with the goal of preparing Spears Business students for leadership positions in a dynamic global business environment. Since its founding, CAGLE has played a pivotal role in making study abroad opportunities possible for over 3,000 Spears Business students in the past decade.
