Spears School of Business

A new MBAA executive team has been elected for the upcoming term. These students will serve as leaders in the program while connecting frequently with faculty and alumni to ensure the best experience for students. Meet our newly elected officers.

 

President

Jess Duncan, from Jay, Oklahoma, graduated from OSU in May 2021 with both a bachelor’s in marketing and management. He began his MBA with a concentration in business sustainability in August 2021 to prepare for environmental issues and how they affect businesses. VP Finance

Joey Tripodi, from Oklahoma City, graduated from OSU in May of 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He began his MBA in August 2021 to become more well-rounded in his business knowledge. VP Social

Kellie Heitman, from Edmond, Oklahoma, is a part of the CAS2MBA program and recently graduated with her bachelor’s in music industry in the summer of 2021. She is finishing up her MBA this coming year and hopes to pursue a career in marketing or promotion in the music industry. Kellie is excited to be an MBAA officer this year and her goal is to bring students together through engaging and fun events. VP External

Krissy Grant, from Wichita, Kansas, graduated from OSU in May of 2021 with dual bachelor’s in marketing and management. She began her MBA in August of 2021 with a concentration in marketing analytics and is eager to apply these skills to her future career. Krissy is excited to serve the MBAA as the VP external and forge meaningful connections between students, faculty and alumni. VP International

Enrique Alvarez Soto, from Queretaro, Mexico, is part of the MBA program and is pursuing the concentration in entrepreneurship. He has previous international experience, including exchange programs in the U.S. and Canada, and professional experience with China, Brazil and the European Union. Enrique is very excited to engage international students to get more involved in the MBA program as well as all the opportunities provided by the Spears School of Business. He will seek international students to utilize the professional development resources available, as well as create a community of international students and MBA alumni. Co-VP Campus Involvement

Grant Sisk, from Grapevine, Texas, is a part of the 4+1 program offered through Spears Business for undergraduate students. Grant will finish this program in December of 2022 with both an undergraduate degree in finance and an MBA with a concentration in marketing analytics. Grant is excited to continue to spread awareness for the MBA program around campus and ensure the program is represented in student associations at OSU. Zack Terry, from Elk City, Oklahoma, graduated from OSU in 2019 with his bachelor’s in management. He began his MBA with a concentration in marketing analytics in 2020 to build on his business and analytics skillset. Zack is excited to serve as an MBAA officer to help advocate for the program and grow its influence with the community.
