Since 2018, Jonathan Weber-Mendez has served Write on Fundraising in multiple capacities, working with both their nonprofit partners and staff to fulfill the company's mission. As Director of Mission Impact, he helps equip staff with the education and resources needed to provide equity and compassion to philanthropy. Prior to joining WoF, Jonathan served as a grant writer for YWCA Tulsa and Folds of Honor. Jonathan began his career in the United States Army where he deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Kyle Eastham

Kyle Eastham is the owner of 99xCreativity LLC, a company that teaches you creativity tools so you can have lots of new ideas anytime you want. Kyle is a former game warder, professional speaker, HR manager, training manager, and entrepreneurship faculty member at OSU. He lives in Stillwater with his wife, Rebecca, and their two dogs. Kyle enjoys hiking, traveling and practicing the five-string banjo.

As a Venture Advisor at i2E, Srijita Ghosh provides direct one-on-one consulting services to entrepreneurs, researchers and/or early-stage client companies in the areas of strategic planning, market assessment, pricing policy, financial analysis, business plans, investor presentations, capital strategies, and positioning companies for potential investment. She also works extensively with management teams of these high-growth and early-stage companies within Oklahoma, in support of the company’s overall business commercialization efforts.
