The Richard L. Tourtellotte Family Scholarship supports business creation in Oklahoma and encourages academic exploration of public-private collaboration to drive economic growth and job creation.

Must be a participant in the Riata Business Plan Competition
Currently enrolled OSU undergraduate or graduate student (December graduates are eligible)
Minimum 3.0 GPA

Scholarship Details:
$3,000 award
The recipient will be honored with naming recognition on benches in the Tourtellotte Family Garden, located on the north side of the Business Building.
Selection Review
Following the submission deadline, all applications will be reviewed by the selection committee. The scholarship recipient will be announced during the awards ceremony on January 29, 2027.
