Executive Cohort Coaching

for Emerging Leaders

The purpose of this program is to equip emerging leaders with the skills and tools necessary to develop as effective leaders and coaches inside their organization. Developing sustainable behavioral change takes time, so this program is intentionally designed with a six-month cohort approach to best equip participants with the experiences needed to enhance their leadership potential.

Included in Executive Coaching

Facilitator-led coaching sessions: Kick off, mid-term and wrap-up workshops plus six group coaching sessions occurring every three weeks.


Participant-led checkpoints: Participants will also lead weekly check-ins with their accountability partners.


Facilitation and debrief of 360° assessment


Optional offering: One-on-one coaching sessions for an additional fee.
