The Oklahoma Municipal Court Clerks Association strives to improve the quality of judicial administration for municipal courts in the state of Oklahoma by providing its members with professional education and opportunities to exchange knowledge and experiences.

    • Registration includes: instruction, materials, shirt, participant gifts, selected meals mentioned in agenda, and dinner/entertainment on June 4.

    Additional fees:

    • $35 per guest attending the Wednesday evening event
    • $50 binder fee (includes printed materials in a binder)
      • All participants will receive a digital binder that they can print on their own and will be provided a folder

Certification Programs

OMCCA Certification

A one-time fee of $20 is required to participate in the certification program and participants must be a member of OMCCA. The fee must be received in order for your registration to be officially completed. Any hours attended prior to official enrollment in the program will not be included on your transcript. The Certification program is a precursor to the Mastery Certification program and must be completed prior to enrollment in Mastery Certification.

An additional fee of $20 is required to participate in the Mastery certification program and participants must be a member of OMCCA. The fee must be received in order for your registration to be officially completed. Any hours attended prior to official enrollment in the program will not be included on your transcript. The Certification program must be completed prior to enrolling in Mastery Certification.

Frequently Asked Questions 

  • How do I keep track of my credit?
    You can track of your credit with a transcript that is produced by OSU and sent out annually in May. It is important to note that in order for OSU to track your credit and for you to receive your transcript, you MUST be registered and paid for the certification program which has a one-time $20 fee and is separate from OMCCA annual dues. Once certification is completed, you can register for the mastery program for an additional $20.
