Designed for new and prospective supervisors, this program equips emerging leaders with the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed. Through five core learning modules, a capstone project and a personalized development plan, participants build a strong foundation in leadership while connecting with peers from a variety of industries. The program focuses on practical tools that drive growth, accountability and long-term success. Participants can earn up to 6 credit hours of CPE.
