Jeanine P. Porck is an Associate Professor and William S. Spears Chair in the Spears
School of Business at Oklahoma State University. She holds a Ph.D. from Erasmus University
Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Her research interests include strategy process, behavioral
strategy, social identity, multiteam systems, and leadership. She is particularly
interested in what helps or hinders managers and teams to coordinate their strategic
efforts across silos. Jeanine has published in Strategic Management Journal, Academy
of Management Journal, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, and Journal
of Applied Psychology. Her research has also been featured in Harvard Business Review
online. She serves on the editorial board of Journal of Management and is in the leadership
of the Strategy Process IG of the Strategic Management Society.
