Termination of WhiteBox Occupancy

OSU may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to Member. Such written notice will be provided by email to the Member’s designated OSU email account. Upon the expiration or other termination of the Agreement, Member will vacate the Facility. In the event Member fails to vacate the Facility, Member shall be deemed a trespasser and OSU may immediately remove Member and Member’s personal property from the Facility. Member may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to OSU at riata@okstate.edu. Such termination shall become effective on the first day of the week following OSU’s receipt of the notice.
