Hospitality Days Welcomes National Restaurant Association Chairman
When the School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration holds its 61st Hospitality
Days career fair at Oklahoma State University on February 20-21, National Restaurant
Association Chairman Jeff Davis will be the keynote speaker. Davis, an Oklahoma native,
is chairman of United States Beef Corporation based in Tulsa. US Beef operates more
than 340 restaurants in eight states and is the largest franchisee of Arby’s Restaurant
Hospitality Days, which is planned and produced by HRAD students, provides hospitality professionals, students and future business associates with a networking environment. In addition to the keynote speaker, the two-day event includes a career fair and an evening reception honoring the School’s Hall of Fame inductee, graduating seniors and recruiters This year close to 40 businesses will be represented at the career fair with many being first-time attendees. The Hospitality Days Committee works with OSU’s Career Services in every aspect of planning and implementing the two-day event.
