Dr. Alexis Smith Washington, Senior Inclusion Officer, is an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at Oklahoma State University. Her research interests include gender, status, and influence, as well as diversity and bias at work. Dr. Washington is a member of the Academy of Management, the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychologists, and the Southern Management Association. She has publications in Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Research in Organization Behavior and others.
