Biography

Dr. Anna C. Lennard is an Assistant Professor in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. Her research examines affect, justice, and decision making biases in organizations. Her work has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Academy of Management Annals, and Oxford OCB Handbook. In addition, her work has been presented at the annual meetings of the Academy of Management, the International Association of Conflict Management and the Oxford University Reputation Symposium.
