Biography

Rackley brings 40 years of sales and marketing experience to the classroom and the consulting clients he serves. He authored "Marketing Analytics Roadmap: Methods, Metrics, and Tools" and co-authored "Modern Marketing Principles" and "Services and Experience Marketing".
