Spears Mentoring Program

Connect students to experienced business mentors who can contribute to their professional and personal development. Knowledgeable, successful mentors act as role models who provide career guidance and industry insight.

Business Brews

On the first Wednesday of each month during the semester, we host a casual interview and networking event for students with a Spears champion. Speakers are often alumni or leaders in our college who share valuable insights with students in a very casual setting.

Korn Ferry competencies

Spears Business is the only undergraduate program in the nation to have incorporated the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect™ into student curriculum. From freshman year to graduation, you will focus on developing professional and interpersonal skills which will provide you with a competitive advantage.
