Center for Health Systems Innovation welcomes our Summer Interns! These students participate on cross-disciplinary teams to innovate and bring solutions to rural Oklahoma primary care.
2019 Summer Lean Healthcare Internship: CHS students only
Lean Healthcare Certification from CHSI. Training includes Hands-on Application at OSUMC. (National Lean trainings offer simulation exercises only.)
Gain essential skills in Lean to lead quality improvement initiatives. Residents now have annual Quality Improvement project requirements. Get a head start.
Participation will give you something highly relevant and interesting to talk about at your residency interviews. Other schools require QI training, rarely Lean, and even more rarely provide any in-field application.
Lean reduces errors, reduces cost, and improves patient care. Don’t believe it? Google it!
