Earn a High Potential Leader Certificate

This certificate series is designed to help prepare, motivate and build high potential leaders who are transitioning from an individual contributor to a managerial role. Employees moving into a supervisory/managerial role or managers with less than five years of experience should attend this series to help them become a more effective and successful leader. This certificate series is sponsored by the OSU Department of Management and Center for Executive and Professional Development in the Spears School of Business.
